About Caorann Holiday House:

There are two double bedrooms, one family bedroom and one twin bedroom.
Three bath/shower rooms, one of which is a wet room and one ensuite, plus another toilet.
The open plan kitchen and dining area has a range cooker, large American style fridge/ freezer and separate wine cooler.
The sitting area, with it’s expanse of glass, looks along the loch to the narrows and has WiFi, television, a music system and a wood burning stove.
All the rooms have underfloor heating, the upstairs being electric.
There is a barbecue and outside furniture for those long summer evenings.

Prices includes electricity and a starter basket of kindling, wood for the fire.
All linen is provided and beds made up for your arrival.

Guests are asked to arrive after 4pm on day of arrival and to vacate by 10am on day of departure.

On departure please leave the house in a clean & tidy condition, as you found it upon arrival.

Bookings: Full balance is due 4 weeks before holiday date.
Bookings made within 6 weeks of your holiday date - full payment required.

Cancellation- If notice of Cancellation is given not later than 6 Weeks before your Holiday Date, you will not be liable to pay the full balance if you book an alternative week. However if you cancel your Holiday within 6 Weeks you will be liable to pay the full balance unless we receive an alternative booking from elsewhere.
